In conjunction with our representation of labor organizations, Lubin, Enoch & Bustamante PC has also assisted with matters and litigated claims arising out of the prevailing wage requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act of 1931, 40 U.S.C. §3142. These cases have, occasionally, taken the form of a qui tam action against defendant contractors alleging violations of the False Claims Act of 1986, 31 U.S.C. §3729, et seq.
