STACEY LUCAS

Before joining Lubin, Enoch & Bustamante PC in December 2015 as its Office Administrator, Stacey Lucasworked at a Phoenix law firm for 28 years.  She began as a receptionist and eventually became a legal assistant/paralegal to one of the partners who specialized in School District Employee Litigation, Administrative Law, Creditor’s Rights Law, and General Civil Litigation.  She has experience in civil procedure for Arizona Justice and Superior Courts, U.S. Bankruptcy and District Courts, as well as the Court of Appeals. Since 2022, Stacey has transitioned into our Senior Collections Paralegal.
Stacey’s responsibilities include case and document management, preparation of and filing court documents, client support, as well as court and FDCPA procedural research in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas.  She also oversees Lubin, Enoch & Bustamante, PC’s office administration, which includes management of corporate records, staff insurance, benefits, and training.

Stacey and John have been married for nearly 40 years and together raised three awesome kids.  She is an avid crocheter and quilter, who volunteers for the Project Linus Phoenix/West Valley Chapter.
